Had spent ages searching for somewhere to stay on our first trip to Rome,great choice,location excellent close to all sights, huge comfy bed,tucked away down a side street,had a balcony overlooking the internal square

Very Very clean Staff very friendly and helpful Even in the middle of Rome (10 min stroll to trevi fountain) felt very safe and secure Free coffee and tea in room Free security safe in room Cleaner cleans room every day The only down side reception closes at 5pm And opens 9am Hotel has no bar or restaurant That doesn't really matter there are loads of bars and restaurants within 2 min walk

Nice small hotel, pleasant staff. Very clean rooms with good facilities. We had room facing the paved garden reception area with a balcony which was lovely. Ideally situated for all the sights, very near Trevi Fountain. Colliseum etc 20 min walk.

We stayed here for 3 nights, we for booked into the executive Life room on the 1st floor, family of 4 children 16 & 10. Room very clean, plenty of space, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe with hangers, tea making station with tea and coffee. Safe [we didn't use], air con but don't think was on as Feb. Room modern, bathroom also, although rough around the edges was clean with a nice hot powerful shower. The door on the bathroom is a privacy door but you can see outline of person in there, not great when travelling with a teenager. I think it needs a proper door! Also we had 2 double beds, which meant my sons had to share, two singles would of been better given their ages. Reception is manned 9-5, front door locked at 7pm, you gain access using your room key. This was not made clear first night, so called the number on the door and there was some confusion as to whether our bill was paid, I insisted he checked again and to let us in and he did, nit aure what that was all about but easily resolved and no problems getting in going forward 🙂 hotel is central, we visited all the top landmarks and walked to them all, always something to see round each corner so we loved walking. From the airport took us 45 mins, we got "safe place" at T1 Leonardo Davinci Airport to drive us, door to door was €19.99 per person, your given a receipt and you scan the QR code on that to book your return trip 24hrs before needed again for the same price. Because of how central this hotel is, it is noisy at night time, quieter time seems to be between 5am & 7am, not music noise just people, either walking past or sitting at the pizzeria opposite, cars etc but shut the shutters and window it does cancel alot of this out. Unfortunately for us [even in Feb] the room seemed to get quite warm, so did have the window open which unfortunately did disturb our sleep, its a shame we couldn't get the aircon working but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed early December for three nights. The location of this hotel is perfect, it's within the historic part of the city so is subject to an additional tax per person per night. It was a 3 minute walk to trevi fountain and 5 mins to the Spanish steps. From Rome Fumicino Airport we got the shuttle train at 13 euros each to Rome Termini Station. From there this hotel was a 15 min walk but its not entirely flat and generally very busy so some may prefer a taxi. This way is quicker than a taxi direct from the airport, cheaper too! We arrived at midday and were able to check in straight away. The hotel access is on a small side street you walk into a small square which appears to be a mix of local residential apartments and hotel rooms. Very cute. We had a superior room which was an excellent size. It was very clean and modern inside. It had a great size bed and shower. The room had a fridge. There was a hob and kitchen sink but we did not use this as we ate out but there were no pans to enable us to do it anyway. Room was cleaned daily and the tea and coffee was replenished. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only gripe was that there is no 24 hour reception and we were not provided any details of who to contact in case of emergency but we could have asked. The access to the hotel is closed after 5pm and we were given a key and key card to gain access for the evening.
